Fitness training is perhaps one of the most marketed yet underused resource in modern societies.  In the United States alone the percentage of adulthood obesity rose from 30.5% in the year 2000 to just over 42% in the year 2018.  I was overweight myself in the early 2000s and learning how to exercise and develop healthier habits was life changing.  Since my transformation I've made my passion my profession in helping others optimize their health and performance.  With strong and healthy bodies we are able to do more with our lives and spend less extra energy overcoming obstacles such as sedentary lifestyles and injuries such as chronic pain.  

I work with clients and groups with an appreciation for the unique needs of everyone in front of me.  Not everyone responds well to the same approach so I adapt my approach to best suit you.  I always believed the best form of exercise is the one you'll do and so I aim to meet you where you are and help take you to where you want to be.  

Here's what you can expect from training with me: 

  •  One on one guidance, programming, and encouragement from an experienced professional.​

  •   Help identifying key areas of weakness and going through workouts to help strengthen them.

  •   Everything from the types of exercises to the types of training environments are tailored to you.

  •   Receive help in cueing exercise form for safer and more efficient performance.
